MGA Governance Specialist

Zurich Insurance Benelux is currently looking for an MGA Governance Specialist. As a part of our strategy to accelerate our growth in the Middle Market and MGA business, Zurich Insurance Benelux has recently established a Middle Market department. The role of MGA Governance Specialist will become a part of this Middle Market team and play a crucial role in controlling, servicing, coordinating and ultimately contributing to the growth and success of the MGA department and portfolio.

Key Accountabilities

As MGA Governance Specialist you are the go-to person for internal colleagues, our MGA Business Development Leader, and (potential MGAs). Not only will you liaise with internal stakeholders, you will also maintain contact with external partners that are crucial to our MGA department. Together with your colleagues you will visit and build relationships with MGAs to optimize our collaboration with them. In addition to this, your responsibilities include the following:

• Coordinating the onboarding process of new MGA’s together with the MGA Development Leader
• Draw up MGA agreements
• Complete and manage the financial administration
• Participate in MGA audits
• Reporting on agreements made and follow-up thereof
• Monitor processes that are important to be in control with our partners
• Administer and process quarterly statements

What are we looking for?

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 3 - 5 years of experience in the MGA field
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Expert in use of Microsoft Office tools
• Strong analytical, communication and planning skills
• Diploma ‘Gevolmachtigd Agent’ is an asset
