Your job

Your role will focus on analyzing, enhancing, and optimizing our business processes, working closely with various teams to improve efficiency in order to find out the "why" of our processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contributing to the enhancement of internal procedures

Working environment

The Finance & Risk Data Domain is part of Finance & Risk Business Grids (F&RBG), and plays an active role for all Finance and Risk departments. We employ 250+ international professionals with diverse backgrounds who are driven to take data management within Finance & Risk to a structurally higher level. Our aim is to generate reliable Finance & Risk data on time. We do this by improving the data itself, data systems, and data processes. We work with an agile operating model. Our Finance and Risk Data Domain consists of 5 departments where the atmosphere is dynamic, open and informal.

You will work in the Process and Control team as part of the Data Modelling team, consisting of four other colleagues of various seniorities. The team consists of professionals with diverse backgrounds who are driven to take business process management to a structurally higher level. The atmosphere is open. We work hard, but there’s plenty of room for enjoyment!

Your profile

To be our new Process Manager and match with the team, we are looking for someone who is organizationally sensitive. Someone who knows how to communicate effectively and can easily communicate with stakeholders. In this position you really have to pay attention to the relationship with our colleagues. At the same time, we expect you to check the following boxes:

  • You’ve successfully completed a higher professional education (Bsc.) or degree (Msc.)
  • You are eager to learn about business process management
  • You have completed relevant internships or worked in an environment where continuous improvement was part of the culture
  • You have a good understanding of the English language, both verbally and in writing.
