Learning and Knowledge Management Internship: Time to Knowledge

Introduction

With the launch of the ASML Academy, we have the opportunity to build a learning organization that will serve and develop the company and everyone within it. To do so, we have a fantastic team of people who need to stay ahead of the curve.

Your assignment

This project will involve connecting to each of the 11 identified initiatives and analyzing the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) being measured to work out how to get to a "time to knowledge" measurement that can be tracked over time for each initiative. The methodology for how these can then be aggregated to create a single "time to knowledge" measure for the company is to be developed based on the KPI data of the various initiatives.

Key deliverables include:

  • Clear methodology for measuring 'Time to Knowledge' and calculating the aggregated, cross-ASML KPI for the identified initiatives to measure the impact they are having for knowledge management.
  • A clear mapping of how the KPIs are measured in the initiatives and how these can be used to calculate an aggregated time to knowledge measure and potentially other relevant knowledge management KPIs.

This is a bachelor or master internship for minimum 5 months, for 4 to 5 days per week (2/3 days on site). The start date of this internship is as soon as possible.

Your profile

To be the perfect match for this internship, you:

  • Are a bachelor or master student in Learning & Development, Knowledge Management, (organizational) Psychology, Social Sciences or Organizational development;
  • Preferably have some experience in a corporate environment;
  • Have great communication skills, are pro-active and are able to work independently.

Other requirements you need to meet

  • You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;
  • You need to be located in the Netherlands to perform your internship. In case you’re currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.
  • If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
