Do you want to play an impactful role in the development and execution of strategic programmes within the Non-Life business unit of Nationale-Nederlanden? We are looking for a Strategic Programme Manager who is able to set up and drive strategic programmes that overarch individual business lines and promote operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and grow our business more profitable.
What you are going to do

As a team we help drive topics that overarch individual Non-life business lines or involve multiple teams/departments across a Non-life business line.
As a Strategic Programme Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring and analysing industry trends, regulations, and emerging developments to help develop data driven strategies that connect overarching Group or Non-life objectives with business line specific key results. At the same time, you will be responsible for developing and managing programmes that drive the execution of those strategies.
We expect you to be able to successfully overcome challenging issues in a complex environment by overseeing the entire field of internal and external stakeholders and setting the right priorities. You need to be able to work autonomously, yet collaborate with people from various disciplines and hierarchical levels. You have strong communication skills and know how to engage your stakeholders in the right way. You aim to learn every day and want to help Nationale-Nederlanden realize its ambition to be an industry leader.
Requirements:
Who you will work with
As a Strategic Programme Manager you will become a part of the Strategy Transformation Expertise & Portfolio management (STEP) team, which is positioned within the Strategy, Data, IT & Pricing (SDIP) department of the NN Non-life business line. Within this team you will be working with other STEP colleagues that conduct market- and customer analyses, develop strategic advice, and execute complex programmes across the Non-Life business line. Although our colleagues work autonomously on their individual topics, we value and stimulate collaboration by sharing insights and learnings among the team.
