Senior Integral Project Lead Pre-Development

About the role:

We are looking for a Senior Integral Project Leader Pre-Development for the Espresso Coffee category to lead complex function development Projects. With a cross functional team, you lead the development of new technologies for Coffee makers from idea to Function Proven. We develop and produce a full range of fully automatic Espresso solutions with multifunctional teams around the globe.

The impact you’ll make:

• E2E responsible for execution and delivery of Technology & Function Creation projects for Fully Automatic Coffee machines.
• E2E responsible for project execution, performance and on time, in budget, at quality delivery:
• Drives collaboration between I&D teams and the business, coordinates necessary inputs and support, ensures completion of deliverables, prepares and secures milestone and gate transitions, documents and shares learnings
• Drives project planning, reporting and escalate when required, including multi functional risk assessment, develops risk mitigations plans and tracks project execution pro-actively
• Continuously evaluates opportunities to accelerate project execution and contributes to overall continuous efficiency improvement activities
• Manages resources inside project and support group leads with people management input and feedback
• Uses (technology) tools to navigate complex and cross-business projects
• Prototypes solutions developed to test fit and collects data on potential improvements

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

• Min. 5 years experience in project management
• Proven track record of successful delivery of innovation through the management of multi-site, multi party technical projects, incl. budget, stakeholder, risk mgmt.
• Proven track record of successful delivery of pre-development projects from ideation to Function Proof.
• Typical development processes (DfMA, FMEA, Lean, SAFe)
• Minimum HBO (or local equivalent) in technical field, preferrable engineering Master degree.
• Knowledge in PMBOK (certification preferred), APQP, DfSS, SAFe/Agile
• Fluent in English
