SEO Manager Opportunity at Crocs B.V.

Overview

Crocs B.V. is seeking a strategic and analytical individual to join our ROW Digital Marketing team in The Netherlands as an SEO Manager. This role represents a key member of the Crocs B.V. Digital Marketing team, responsible for strategizing, leading all aspects of the implementation of, and analyzing the results of our SEO and content strategy. This role will provide a distinctive level of subject matter expertise on how to drive organic performance on ecommerce websites and drive the strategy with a strong POV.

What You'll Do

  • Leading the strategy and handling tactical execution of organic content marketing on key EMEA websites (crocs.co.uk, crocs.de, and crocs.fr)
  • Consult with other Crocs, Inc. regions on SEO and content strategy
  • Collaborate with our SEO agency to optimize the website; initiate projects to achieve both long and short-term revenue goals
  • Run the intake of SEO content projects and recommendations, prioritize projects by importance, and ensure completion through frequent collaboration with the onsite team
  • Review technical recommendations from the SEO agency and work with technical teams to prioritize and implement requests through JIRA ticketing system
  • Work cross-functionally with UX, CS, and onsite team to consult on proposed site changes, URL changes, page removals, etc.
  • Plan and brief seasonal content needs with internal teams (GTM, Design, etc)
  • Conduct keyword research to guide SEO agency and internal teams
  • Work with the greater Digital Marketing team to communicate impact of work & develop strategies, tactics & initiatives necessary to achieve goals

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Studying Higher Education in Marketing
  • 3-5 years Experience in a similar role or roles, either in-house or agency
  • Experience in executing SEO for ecommerce brands
  • Experience with technical SEO and/or off-page optimizations (e.g. link building, HTML)
  • Familiarity with relevant SEO tools (Search Console, Brightedge, Screaming Frog)
  • Experience leading agency partners & using partner feedback to improve performance
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and stay organized
  • Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Industry tools such as SFCM & Adobe Analytics
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English, other languages a plus
