Sr Manager, Paid Media, Social Media, Organic & Influencer
Overview
The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for developing the regional strategy for HEYDUDE brand marketing across Paid Media, Organic, Social Media and Influencer Marketing. Working to optimize all Heydude Europe digital brand marketing campaigns at the highest quality for awareness, engagement and consideration. The Senior Marketing Manager will work in close alignment with the regional e-comm and performance marketing teams to build strong integrated marketing campaigns. They will lead a team of specialists and maintain the relationships with our external agency network, social media agency, influencer marketing agency.
What You'll Do
Develop and Implement Paid Media Strategies:
- Lead paid media campaigns and optimize ad spend.
- Participate in media planning and recommend content.
- Build and evaluate paid social and digital media strategies.
- Handle paid media budget allocation by channel and market.
Drive Organic Growth and Manage Social Media Channels:
- Increase organic traffic and engagement using SEO best practices.
- Collaborate on regional social media strategy and implement GTM calendar.
- Develop content calendar and handle social media budget.
Influencer Marketing:
- Identify and collaborate with influencers to enhance brand reach.
- Lead influencer relationships and campaigns.
- Plan and implement influencer marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Build portfolio of brand ambassadors and manage budget allocation.
TikTok Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement TikTok strategy for audience engagement.
- Create and curate TikTok content.
Analyze and Report Performance:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance.
- Provide regular reports and insights.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Ensure cohesive marketing efforts with creative, product, and sales teams.
- Align strategies with business goals.
Stay Updated with Industry Trends:
- Implement innovative digital marketing and influencer strategies.
Content Development:
- Lead creation of high-quality content across channels.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Masters degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business Administration
- Has min 10 years of full-time experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media, Influencer Marketing roles with international brands preferably in the fields of Fashion, Luxury or Entertainment. Footwear experience is a strong plus.
- Strong interest in Pop culture, Youth Culture and social media.
- In-depth knowledge of the latest best practices, tools, and trends on social media platforms, as well as sponsored/partner content protocols (Facebook, Facebook Live, Instagram, Instagram Stories, IGTV, Instagram Live, Pinterest, Tik Tok, X, etc)
- An 'early adopter' of digital trends, and has a passion for digital projects
- Analytical mind set, detail oriented, good with numbers and capable to create forecasts on how to optimize the available marketing budget within different markets and in line with the business goals/KPIs;
- Hands on experience with optimizing and effectively scaling up Paid Social and Digital campaigns (upper funnel-driven)
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to work individually on a project or in a team environment
- Highly organized and meticulous, with a strong ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Full of fresh ideas; skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing and work
