About the Role

As a Full-Stack Engineer, you will play an important role in shaping our customer portal, backend, and internal admin tools. This role requires an engineer who thrives in both frontend and backend environments, with a strong focus on delivering a high-quality user experience and robust backend services.

You’ll have the opportunity to work on improving the self-service aspects of our platform, API integrations with partners, and implementing scalable solutions.

Your profile

What You’ll Do

• Frontend Development:
• • Own the design and implementation of the self-service customer portal and internal admin tools.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create and maintain a component library aligned with our style guide.
  • Work on enhancing the overall user experience of our platform.
• Backend Development:
• • Design, implement, and maintain REST APIs for the customer portal.
  • Integrate with various third-party APIs to extend platform functionality.
  • Optimize and structure our relational databases, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Collaboration & CI/CD:
• • Work closely with Product Owners to define and scope out features.
  • Collaborate with DevOps engineers to maintain and improve the CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment.
• Technology & Innovation:
• • Review and improve the tech stack to ensure scalability and efficiency.
  • Take a hands-on approach to solving technical challenges, proposing and implementing architectural improvements when needed.

What You’ll Need

• Frontend Skills:
• • 3+ years of experience in frontend development (HTML5, CSS3, JS).
  • Solid understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Hands-on experience with frontend frameworks such as ReactJS, NextJS, or similar.
  • Understanding of TDD concepts and testing frameworks.
• Backend Skills:
• • 5+ years of experience in Python development.
  • Hands-on experience with Python web frameworks like FastAPI (preferred), Django, or Flask.
  • Experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
  • Familiarity with integrating and working with REST APIs.
• DevOps & Architecture:
• • Experience with containerization using Docker.
  • Basic understanding of CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLabCI, CircleCI).
  • 2+ years of experience with AWS or equivalent cloud platforms.
  • Algorithmic mindset and a good grasp of architectural decision-making.
• Soft Skills:
• • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and improving existing implementations.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with GatsbyJS or other frontend frameworks.
• Advanced understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with modern DevOps workflows and infrastructure as code.
