Category Performance Specialist

The Category Performance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, quality, and competitiveness of product listings of assigned factory/category. This role involves leading daily stand-up meetings to discuss new product strategies, ensuring high-quality product listings, and maintaining a competitive edge through market analysis. The Squad Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the success of new product launches and ensure content accuracy and completeness across channels.

You will:

  • Research and analyze competitor product listings before grooming meetings for all content components to identify trends, content gaps, and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Actively participate in grooming meetings by providing highly relevant and actionable insights to improve our listings and maintain competitive positioning.
  • Summarize grooming meeting discussions and provide clear notes to support the content creation team for execution.
  • Launch new product events, ensuring listings are high-quality and optimized. Use content scores to track and improve listing quality.
  • Monitor sales performance of new products and analyze the impact of content on sales. Sharing feedback to the product development and content teams for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all product listings maintain high-quality standards of quality and completeness, including attributes, descriptions, images, and videos. Conduct regular audits to ensure consistency and accuracy across all listings.

We ask:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years in e-commerce, content management, or product listings.
  • Strong research, analysis and communication skills.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and content management systems.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance data and improve content.
  • Ability to travel to China for 3 months in a year.
