Junior Learning Solution Designer

Within our Training Delivery Division, we are looking for a colleague to strengthen our team. IBFD’s Training division consists of a team of (e-)learning & content developers, LMS & accreditation specialists as well as project managers, who work with various internal and external tax experts and other stakeholders to develop IBFD’s portfolio of training products. The last years IBFD’s training division has grown and is now professionalizing their digital training offering. In order to do so, we are looking for a Junior Learning Solution Designer.

Tasks & Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who can create (e-)learning interventions within our Training Delivery Team and can contribute to the development of the needed processes to realize the blended learning solutions (e-learnings/podcasts/animations/webinars/more).

• Facilitate process for educational content creation
• Collaborate with educational specialists for optimal process efficiency and learning solutions
• Focus on content development using popular e-learning authoring tools
• Basic editing of audio/video/graphic files
• Basic understanding of LMS functionalities and capabilities.

Requirements

• Articulate 360 (storyline & rise)
• Extensive digital design course
• Experience with Vyond​
• 1-3 years relevant work experience
