About the role

The Product Management department is responsible for planning a sustainable product and technology roadmap for Europe. We focus on developing an advanced, fully electric bus series that meets the current and future needs of the European public transportation market. By collaborating with leading European suppliers, our department continuously enhances design and engineering capabilities to ensure superior product performance and quality.

Your key responsibilities are:

• Manage European market commercial vehicle products and implement localization solutions.
• Provide localized technical support to customers.
• Conduct technical analysis and management of new products.
• Oversee technical aspects of tender documents.
• Evaluate product technical solutions.
• Manage product specifications.
• Handle new technology and product management.
• Develop localization solutions.
• Perform competitive analysis.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in related industries or roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering (EE) or Mechanical Engineering (ME).
• Experience working in a trans-global business environment, particularly in the design, development, production, and evolution of high-tech products.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (preferably NX) with a strong understanding of modeling and simulation capabilities.
• Fluency in English and Chinese, with strong skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing; knowledge of German or French is highly preferred.
• Strong judgment and problem-solving skills with clear and systematic thinking.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Creative mindset with strong analytical skills.
