Are you looking for an interesting position in a highly ambitious international company in Testing, Inspection and Certification? Do you get energy from analysing data and amazing processes? Is liaising with key internal stakeholders, located globally, something you would like to be doing? Then look no further and apply for this challenging role within Kiwa as a Global Health & Safety Data and Process Manager. As this is a global role we are looking for somebody who is based in the proximity of one of the Kiwa offices globally.

Overview:

The Global H&S team is the small central hub for Kiwa Health and Safety worldwide. We work in collaboration with the local teams in over 30 countries.

As a Global Health & Safety Data and Process Manager at Kiwa, you will have the unique opportunity to enhance and advance Health & Safety initiatives within the Kiwa group. We are dedicated to maintaining a safe workplace, and the development of data collection, reporting, and process improvement is a crucial part of our strategy. You will be able to think strategically while also being hands-on.

In this exciting role, you will be at the forefront of managing our Digital Safety System, where we collect both leading and lagging indicators. As this system is new, you will play a crucial role in its implementation and continuous improvement. You enjoy ICT challenges and have a hands-on mentality. You thrive on creating reports and following up with countries to ensure effective usage. You will report to the Global Head of Health and Safety.

On the process side, Kiwa is rolling out a set of minimum requirements across all countries. You have the expertise to assess what is needed to achieve these objectives and can work with a graded approach. Your knowledge of Health & Safety processes and your continuous improvement mindset will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities:

If you see yourself flourish in this role at Kiwa, we’d like you to at least bring:

  • Minimum a Bachelor degree, academic work and thinking level;
  • At least 5 years of experience in a comparable role, preferably in a corporate environment;
  • Excellent planning and time management skills with no fear of deadlines;
  • A positive, ‘make it happen’ team player attitude and eagerness to keep learning;
  • You are a resident of one of the countries where Kiwa is based and live in the proximity of one of our offices;
  • You are a native speaker of the local language plus you are fluent in English, with confidence and control, both oral and written.

Qualifications:

Our people are our most important asset at Kiwa. As an employer, we are convinced we must pay attention to you as an employee and to the combination of your work and private situation. This is also reflected in the way we deal with your training and education, and in our employment conditions.

We reward this Global Health & Safety Data and Process Manager role with:

  • a challenging working environment full of career opportunities;
  • a good salary (matching the knowledge and work experience you gained);
  • an annual contract with the prospect of permanent employment with the country office where you are based;
  • (partly) remote working with regular international travel;
  • Championing new safety initiatives that have a lasting impact.
