Make an Impact

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be at the heart of our production process, knowing better than anyone how the production process should look. Most of your time will be spent on preparing our products for production. Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for bringing new products to production readiness and guiding them through the manufacturing process. You will also work closely with production, your fellow Manufacturing Engineers, and the Process Engineers to develop a high-volume, efficient production process for each product.

What You Bring to the Team

In this role, you will play an essential part in developing and producing advanced, high-quality electronics.

To excel in this position, we are looking for someone with the following qualities:

  • A completed MBO (secondary vocational education) degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar field.
  • Strong affinity with production, business processes, and procedures is a plus.
  • Problem-solving ability and the ability to maintain a clear overview.
  • Strong communication skills and a team player.
  • Driven, enthusiastic, open-minded, and willing to ask questions.
  • Good communication and writing skills in both Dutch and English.

Your Daily Responsibilities Include

You ensure that our production process runs as smoothly as possible. Together with your colleagues, you help deliver high-quality products and satisfied customers. In this role, you will gain a deep understanding of our products and processes and will often be found on our production floor.

Your responsibilities also include:

  • Reviewing product designs (Design for Excellence) and reporting your findings.
  • Preparing production setups for the entire process.
  • Creating clear and effective work instructions for our operators, based on detailed drawings and specifications.
  • Designing production tools and jigs, and managing their fabrication.
  • Identifying areas for improvement to maximize production efficiency, output, and reduce lead times.
  • Proactively supporting colleagues in production.
