MISSION

This role will support SN Europe to land the healthcare Demand Generation business model, by facilitating harmonized data & insights across European markets, leading monthly healthcare performance reviews, identifying cross-market insights & ensuring consistent tracking of healthcare commercial performance. This role will act as European liaison for global Healthcare & Channel Engagement platform rollouts, ensuring effective local adaptation with minimal disruption.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Based on Global HC&CE framework, drive harmonized data and insights across EU markets
  • Harmonize TA-based demand generation methodologies & data frameworks across EU
  • Run monthly Healthcare Professional Omnichannel Engagement Performance Reviews with JTBD action plan
  • Identify and analyze cross-market insights to enhance performance on Healthcare Engagement Model
  • Consolidate and feed Global with EU insights, incl. competitive intelligence
  • Deploy Global guidance on HCP Engagement dashboarding and work with EU IT to ensure markets track performance consistently
  • Support the effective rollout of Global/Regional Healthcare commercial platforms across Europe (Azure), translating global programs to local market needs
  • Act as the key liaison between local Commercial Excellence market teams and ISIT, ensuring consistent implementation of tools and processes across all European markets, while adapting solutions to local needs where necessary.
  • Maintain overall Tech & data roadmap across Europe and track progress
  • Help to identify and address technical challenges or system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to commercial operations.

  • Oversee efficient rollout of mature omnichannel capabilities across European markets, fully leveraging global initiatives, toolkits, platforms & other assets
  • Harmonize market data frameworks, research & insights methodologies, based on global standards + Zone operating model

KEY METRICS

  • Robust insights on Danone + competitor business in European markets
  • Monitoring of healthcare sales performance across European markets, ensuring transparency & insights on market teams' performance
  • Uptake/implementation levels of HCEM/Tech & Data roadmap in the countries

About you

INNOVATION SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Extracting insights from data to inform decision-making
  • Experience with data management tools, dashboards & performance tracking systems for effective implementation & reporting, incl. Power BI and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience aligning & influencing global + CBU stakeholders
  • Fluent understanding of the link between day-to-day operations and long-term strategic goals, considering broader business needs beyond direct remit.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE

  • 3 years+ of experience in data analytics roles
  • Experience in SN category/knowledge of healthcare environment is a plus, but not essential
  • Fluent English is a requirement
