In the Borculo Quality Team we have a position vacant for an experienced QA Specialist. Key focus areas of this specialist role are process validation and participation in various Capex projects on the Borculo location representing the Quality discipline.

Vacancy description

The main focus of this role will be the participation in Capex projects representing the Q function. This means making sure that the quality fundamentals are taken into account leading to safe and high quality products. This work is ranging from validating processes and process equipment, applying factory zoning but also making connection with future and current product specifications. Next to working in projects this role will safeguard the regular validation scheme of the Borculo location.

Being part of a larger organisation makes it crucial to align with QA specialists of other FC locations and FC central Quality teams.

The Borculo team excels in 'teamwork' so it is essential this role can participate in other QA functions like being part of Operational meetings, supporting Customer audits, answering customer questions and so on.

Team Details

The QA Specialist is part of the Borculo Quality Team which consists of approximately 10 QA positions and 40 QC positions and reports to the Manager QA/QC (PMT member). The Quality team is working as an integral part of the Borculo organization interlinking with all other disciplines on site, other FrieslandCampina entities, and last but not least our customers. Borculo is one of the major FrieslandCampina Ingredients locations, producing high-quality ingredients for Early Life Nutrition, Medical Nutrition, Performance & Active Nutrition and Feed, operating 24/7 with 350 FTE. As QA specialist you have a pivotal role in ensuring a controlled project execution assuring safe and high quality products.
