Analytics Translator

At Xccelerated, we are looking for an Analytics translator to join one of our clients for 12 months and play a key role in driving the adoption of a groundbreaking self-service data platform.

About the Role

In this role, you will work with a leading organization that is transforming into a Food Tech Company, where technology plays a central role in delivering high-quality products and services. Within their technology department, you’ll collaborate with the Data Platform team, which supports cloud services and data management through an innovative platform designed to simplify data ingestion, transformation, and utilization.

This platform enables users to unlock the full potential of their data while maintaining compliance with privacy regulations, including handling sensitive information. As an Analytics translator you will be the primary point of contact for the users, ensuring they are equipped to use the platform effectively. You’ll deliver training, promote the platform’s capabilities, gather feedback, and help resolve challenges—all with a focus on user satisfaction and alignment.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • User Guidance: Act as the main point of contact for users, answering questions, explaining processes, and connecting them to the appropriate teams or resources.
  • Training & Enablement: Create and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules to ensure users are confident in leveraging the platform.
  • Platform Advocacy: Promote the platform to increase awareness and adoption across the client’s organization, including creating newsletters or hosting events.
  • Documentation Management: Review and refine platform documentation to ensure it is accessible, clear, and user-friendly. Collaborate with product teams to maintain high standards.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and communicate user feedback to product owners and leadership, helping shape the platform’s future development. Guide users through feature request processes.
  • Issue Coordination: Troubleshoot user challenges by coordinating with technical teams to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.

What You Bring

  • A foundational understanding of technical concepts, such as Microsoft Azure, Kafka, and Databricks.
  • 2 – 4 years of experience in customer success, business analyst, product owner or a related role, with the ability to identify and address customer pain points.
  • Experience working with data platforms, with knowledge of medallion architecture and basic data transformations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to coordinate across teams to address user issues.
  • Familiarity with data use cases and how data is utilized within a large organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships across departments.
  • Confidence in explaining and promoting complex technical products to non-technical users.
  • Strong organizational skills, including feedback management, multitasking, and progress tracking.
