Internship: Global Project Management

As a Global Project Portfolio Management Intern, you'll be at the heart of innovation in Specialized Nutrition categories (Early Life Nutrition and Medical Nutrition). Your Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Roll-out Projects: You'll ensure newly initiated projects for expanding existing SKUs to new regions comply with Danone's process guidelines. Guide Country for project submission completeness via our web-based project management system. Guarantee that approval steps are executed on time and manage Power BI reporting for category pipeline reviews.
• Support Innovation Projects: Assist in preparing and analyzing our annual intake of roughly 300 innovation projects. Consolidate inputs into resource check files, combine data outputs, and share insightful analyses with key stakeholders.
• Manage Reporting: Handle pipeline and project status/metrics reporting, communicating with business teams across the organization. Help generate comprehensive pipeline reports using our current digital tools.
• Maintain Data Integrity: Audit and maintain the data integrity of our web-based portfolio management system. Collaborate closely with the IRO Team (Directors, Project Leaders, Pipeline Manager, and Data Manager) to ensure the accuracy of program and project-related information. Work in partnership with category teams and regions/business units to ensure all necessary information at each stage gate is accurately reflected in the Portfolio Management System.

About you

You should be an enthusiastic data driven and easy communicator, not afraid to proactively reach out to people when necessary and perfectly able to work autonomously. You know how to organize information and prioritize - you are reliable and respect deadlines! You are adaptable, flexible to react but also maintain high professional standards.

You have:

• An eye for detail and the quality of information.
• An analytical mindset - you enjoy digging into data
• Proficiency in Excel, including constructing formulas and pivot tables.
• Knowledge of PowerBI or Planview is a plus.
• A fast-learning ability and adaptability to the company environment.
• A great team spirit with good communication skills.

There are also some compulsory requirements:

• Enrolled as a student during the whole internship period (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university);
• Ideally available to start in January 2025 for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week;
• You are fluent in English - spoken and written;
• You are able to work from Hoofddorp at least 2 days per week;
• Please note that you are required to relocate to the Netherlands (if abroad) for this internship and get a BSN.
