The Paid Social Media Specialist (m/f) is a key position within the Hunkemöller Media team. Main task is managing, optimizing and reporting on full funnel marketing campaigns (from awareness to performance) across various social platforms.

As Social Media Specialist you'd be responsible for running our campaigns in over 11 countries throughout Europe. You'll set up the strategy, run the campaigns and are responsible for both optimization and innovation. Hunkemöller has a strong emphasis on innovation and being first to market with new functionalities.

Your tasks & responsibilities would be:

  • Paid Social Campaign Management from A to Z at global level (11 countries). Manage paid social media campaigns across social media platforms (Meta, Tiktok, Pinterest..)
  • Analyse and report on campaign performance and optimize results accordingly.
  • Allocate budgets on different platforms to ensure optimal performance.
  • Work closely with our creative and design team to provide first in class content for our social media ads.
  • Bring innovation with A/B test initiatives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to PR, E-com, Creative and Data analytics to achieve shared goals.
  • Robust reporting and KPI management

Our ideal candidate has/is:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in paid social campaign management (specifically, handling dynamics ads for e-com).
  • Experience with feed-based advertising
  • Experience working with Smartly
  • Strong (online) marketing and analytical skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Self starter; whilst great at planning & organizing
  • Knowledge of or experience in the fashion industry is not required but considered an asset
  • A strong drive for results, initiative & improvement-orientation
  • You'd be the perfect match for this role if you're able to think analytically & are flexible, matching with our pace of Retail business and international growth
