As a Tactical Supply Chain Planner, you will play a key role in optimising the flow of goods through our supply chain network, ensuring smooth and efficient product flow across our stores. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, harness and develop innovative tools, and drive continuous improvements that elevate our logistics processes. Your Daily Actions

In this role, you'll be at the heart of strategic planning, data analysis, and stakeholder management. You’ll have the chance to shape the future of our supply chain by overseeing key projects and optimising operations across multiple touchpoints. Key responsibilities include:

Performance and Parameters Management

• Monitor and analyse key supply chain performance indicators to drive ongoing improvements.
• Ensure effective use of replenishment parameters in systems like Symphony and Anaplan.
• Support the operational Supply Chain department with streamlined insights and data-driven decision making.

Network Optimisation and Flow of Goods

• Lead strategic projects to optimise the flow of goods, minimise constraints, and maintain cost-efficient operations.
• Design and implement governance structures for delivery schedules, optimising critical parameters such as GFO/EOQ/MOQ.
• Determine desired safety stock levels based on seasonal and article characteristics.

Expansion and Scalability

• Oversee supply chain planning for new distribution centres and network expansions, ensuring a smooth integration into the existing multi-layered network and flows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop scalable processes and forward-thinking solutions that support Action’s growth.

You’re someone who thrives on numbers and data, with a passion for logistics and optimising supply chains. You have strong analytical, communication, and storytelling skills, enabling you to transform complex data into clear insights. You excel at building relationships with stakeholders across all levels, ensuring collaboration and alignment. With a strategic mindset and a drive for innovation, you're constantly looking for ways to improve processes and drive operational excellence.

Your Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in supply chain management, planning, or analytics, preferably within a retail or trading environment.
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, BI, BO, and other data systems.
• Fluency in English, with a solid foundation in project management.
