Flowable Engineer / Junior Software Engineer

Enexis is transforming into an IT company. For example, more and more departments are using process orchestration and business process modeling to automate their processes and workflows. At Enexis, we chose to adopt the Flowable technology in a Node.js/TypeScript stack in an AWS context because of the performance and cost advantage and it is working very well for us. Many solutions have already been successfully realized and the adoption is growing.

What will you be doing?

You will work as a process orchestration engineer in a dynamic environment of product owners, an architect, and engineers in a Safe/agile context. You will be coached and guided by the Flowable platform team, they serve as the go-to partner for help and assistance.

What we expect from you...

• You are an experienced hands-on business process automation (BPA) expert, and you have a proven track record in modeling complex business processes and implementing process orchestration solutions.
• You act as a subject-matter expert for BPA projects who initiates and drives projects. You are experienced in business process improvement or business process re-engineering projects, and you can work closely with business and operations teams.
• You have at least 4 years’ experience as a software developer in a Node.js/TypeScript stack.
• You have hands-on experience in Flowable or similar BPA/BPM packages or process orchestration packages such as Camunda or you have a demonstratable affinity in this area.
• You are well familiar with BPMN and the tools available.
• You are experienced in implementing REST and SOAP services and you are experienced in optimizing code for a DocumentDB, such as MongoDB.
• You are a communicative team player. You are curious by nature and you are not afraid to ask colleagues about the functional, technical and organizational issues you encounter. You produce suggestions when you think things could be improved.
• As a DevOps professional, testing software components and answering maintenance questions is second nature to you. These things come natural in a SAFe Agile organization.
• You have knowledge of several of the following technologies and expertises: Dynamic Case Management, Data analytics, RESTful API’s, REST principles, SOAP services, SQL/NoSQL, HTML5, CSS3, CI/CD tooling, JIRA, GIT, Security.
• Good command of the Dutch and/or English language.

• Salary between €3,980 and €5,685 gross per month (based on a 40-hour work week). Including secondary benefits, your salary can rise to €7,317 gross per month.
• Contribution of 70% to your ABP Choice Pension.
• Personal budget of 10% and a 13th month of 10.7% of your gross annual salary. You can use this flexibly or have it paid out monthly or annually.
• 24.5 vacation days for a full-time position. Need more recharge time? With your personal budget and 13th month, you can buy up to 35.5 extra leave days.
