Central Planner/Supply Chain Analyst

Our Central Planner/Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for the overall Demand Planning process of the defined product categories for the EMEA organisation and centrally managed accounts. You will use statistical tools and intelligence and internal collaboration with key stakeholders in, e.g. Supply Planning, Demand Planning (WHS and DTC), Merchandising, Category, Finance, Marketing and IT.

How you’ll help us.

Based out of our EMEA Headquarters, just outside of Amsterdam, Netherlands and reporting to the Central Planning Lead, as part of the role, you’ll:

  • Be responsible for the Seasonal Forecasting and Purchasing Calendar in collaboration with AHQ and the AEB Calendar Manager.
  • Collaborate, create demand and supply review decks, and deliver them.
  • Maintain and guarantee effective use of the demand planning system functionalities to enable a business requirement and reflect the lifecycle of products.
  • Drive and lead the demand planning activities for Centrally planned accounts.
  • Create and support multiple solutions to drive process automation, increase operational efficiency and standardisation, and reduce complexity.
  • Ensure data readiness and reporting consistency in reporting tools.
  • Proactively find opportunities for solution/automation implementation based on business requirements.
  • Support cross departments process alignment and simplification.
  • Ensure stakeholders commit; build and maintain good communication and collaboration within Operations and other functions like Sales, Merchandising, and Finance.
  • Take full responsibility for the demand planning of our EMEA categories.

More about you.

  • Qualification and experience in Demand and Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics and Data Analytics.
  • At least three years of experience in Supply Chain Planning or Supply Chain Analytics.
  • Experience in Data Analytics – R/Python Programming Language (Preference is R)
  • Able to present financial and forecast overviews at all levels.
  • Strong numeracy and forecasting skills.
  • Good Excel skills.
