What are you going to do

As a Cyber Security Specialist, you will play a vital role in safeguarding our systems, applications, and data across the BAM Group. By managing vulnerabilities, designing preventive measures, and fostering security awareness, you will help ensure a robust security posture. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, you'll address cyber threats, execute tests, and enhance our Cyber Security Architecture.

• Analyze and manage security threats through vulnerability assessments, testing, and vendor evaluations.
• Design and implement measures to ensure new systems and applications are safe and secure.
• Promote security awareness within IT and the entire organization through training, e-learning, and roadshows.
• Select, deploy, and monitor software to protect against intrusions and cyber-attacks.
• Lead incident response, penetration testing, and cybersecurity architecture development aligned with enterprise goals.

• A salary between € 5.330,- and € 6.670,- gross per month, depending on your knowledge and experience. This is based on a 40-hour working week and excludes 8% holiday pay;
• Good secondary employment conditions in accordance with the Construction and Infrastructure collective labor agreement, such as a budget for sustainable employability (2,18%), 25 vacation days, 15 schedule free days and 3 short-term absenteeism days per calendar year;
• Reimbursement of your travel costs (100% public transport or a kilometer allowance), laptop and iPhone;

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a highly qualified professional with a strong background in IT and business solutions. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• HBO/Master's degree with broad relevant experience
• Extensive knowledge of Application Consulting, IT Infrastructure, Cyber Security, IT Architecture, Agile working methods, and Data Engineering
