Within the Professional & Trading (FC-PT) organization, we are looking for a Systems Quality Management Expert.

As a Systems Quality Management Expert, you are responsible for setting, refining, and upholding quality standards across the business. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and effectively managing complaints, while also overseeing safety and compliance. In addition to your internal focus, you play a key role in collaborating with our suppliers. You will work closely with them on New Project Developments, Life Cycle Management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintaining strong supplier management is essential to introducing and sustaining high-quality standards. You are the gatekeeper of quality for the market and hold significant influence in project decision-making. Your expertise and data-driven approach are highly valued. You will be part of the Quality & Standards team, reporting to the Q&S Manager. The team consists of 4 people.

Wat we vragen

• Master’s degree, in technical disciplines.
• +5-7y in quality roles in the field of durables, ideally table-top appliances for B2B sector.
• Root cause analyses skills
• Certifications, 6 sigma, between discipline shifts is a pro.
• Experience in quality management system management, introduction.
• Experience in setting appliance/component/supplier quality standards
• Experience in performing integral quality delivery
• Experience in managing complaints and recalls

FrieslandCampina Professional & Trading (FC-PT) is a customer led organization, unleashing the full potential of the B2B world. FC-PT wants to be a world-class, global leader in dairy and plant-based value-added, ingredients and solutions, focusing on the direct and indirect customers in the Route to Market. One ambition of FC-P is to deliver 120,000 machines via various FC-PT System solutions (a system is perceived as a service, consisting of an appliance, in connection with a (locked-in) consumable as well as the service of the years of operations) being brought forward to the market. This to generate EUR 200mn NS/year by 2027. To achieve this ambitious growth target, a new business unit is formed as one of the FC-PT big bets. The Systems Unit is responsible for launching, driving and supporting complex solutions consisting out of appliance, consumable and lock-in technology.
