As the Supply Chain Finance Manager, you will serve as a Finance Business Partner, supporting the Supply Chain team by providing financial insights on operational matters, particularly inventory and distribution cost management. You will also be responsible for the accounting and booking of fixed assets, inventory, and distribution costs. Are you naturally collaborative? 🤝
• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance department, preferably within an FMCG company. • Proficiency in SAP is required, along with advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI. • You possess strong analytical thinking, a supply chain and business-driven mindset, and excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills. You are a self-starter capable of initiating improvement projects with minimal supervision. Effective communication and proficiency in English are essential.

• Control the supply chain budget (including overhead, transportation costs, warehouse costs for inbound and outbound logistics, and inventory write-offs). Proactively provide insightful analysis and recommendations to the business team to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Inventory Management: Ensure strong controls over FIFO (First In, First Out) for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods. Ensure physical stocks are reconciled with book stocks, and aged stocks are appropriately reflected in financial statements. Lead the quarterly/bi-annual physical inventory count process.
• Effectively manage Inventory Days (DIO) and assist the business team in controlling inventory levels to maximize working capital. • Ensure capital spending stays within the approved budget and complies with internal and local regulations. • Oversee the completeness of the monthly depreciation run. • Asset Management: Lead the fixed asset physical count process and the quarterly review of idle fixed assets.
• Prepare financial reports, including budgeting, forecasting, monthly closings, and audit and tax reporting related to supply chain costs. Provide insights on quantitative and qualitative developments based on reporting guidelines. • Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain team to drive efficiency, and work with the Operations Excellence team to validate and consolidate savings initiatives. • Lead the Power BI reports project for all Supply Chain Finance reports. • Assist the Senior Supply Chain Finance Manager in preparing and validating business cases. • Support ad hoc projects as assigned based on business requirements. • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
