Your challenge
In a rapidly evolving e-tail landscape, you are the one seizing these commercial opportunities for bol. You onboard international (non-EU) top e-commerce players, strengthen our platform, and ensure long-lasting partnerships. With your market expertise, strategic insight and persuasive power, you make a difference.
What you will do as a New Business Developer Non-EU
- Explore and analyse the market using bol data and your own network, collaborating with external parties such as agencies.
- Select international (non-EU) top e-commerce players that meet our high standards for assortment, quality, and price.
- Open doors, negotiate, and persuade players to join using consultative selling techniques, while maintaining bol’s ambition to offer a high-quality product range.
- Collaborate with various bol teams and external stakeholders to optimize the acquisition funnel.
- Guide partners during their onboarding process and support them in achieving their growth ambitions.
- Deliver measurable results in new business projects that contribute to our international expansion.
Why you make the difference
- You are a commercial strategist with international experience, preferably in an online environment.
- You have a proven track record (5+ years) as a Sales Manager, Business Developer, or Category Manager in an international commercial setting.
- You are knowledgeable about the Chinese market and fluent in Business Mandarin and English.
- You know how to turn insights into inspiring proposals that drive action.
- Persuasiveness, excellent communication skills, and perseverance are second nature to you.
