Social Media & Content Intern

ABOUT THE JOB

Fashion for Good is on a mission to transform the fashion industry for good. We're a dynamic organisation in Amsterdam dedicated to driving sustainability and innovation in fashion.

As a Social Media and Content Intern, you'll play a vital role in our mission by creating compelling content and developing an impactful social media community engagement strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the Social Media Coordinator with planning and executing social media strategies.
• Create, schedule, and publish content across various social media platforms.
• Produce engaging content for online channels that align with our brand's tone of voice and visual identity.
• Monitor and engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages.
• Develop and execute a strategic plan for community engagement.
• Track and help analyse monthly metrics to measure the impact, providing insights and recommendations.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
• Supporting with the designing of a range of online content.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with social media management and analytics.
• Proficiency in design/layout skills, especially with Adobe Suite (Indesign and Illustrator).
• Proficiency in video editing is a plus (ie. Premiere Pro, CapCut).
• Familiarity with Google Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and design aesthetics.
• Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Quick adaptability to our brand tone of voice and visual identity.
• Interest in sustainable fashion.
• Must be based in Amsterdam or able to travel to the office multiple days per week.
