Hi student,

Intro - We're looking for a German speaking student to do sales and marketing of our green and cost-saving software in online returns. You will approach German online fashion and furniture companies. You earn an extra 500 Euros per webshop you bring in, on top of your hourly rate. You can work from home and our office in Rotterdam and the working hours are flexible.

We’re already selling and live in The Netherlands and the US and are now expanding to Germany. We’re an ambitious and fun team, between 21 and 36 years old and often come together at our spacious and chill office. Since our team consists mainly of men, we have a slight preference for female applicants to balance our team.

Our product - Our start up focuses on the polluting and inefficient process of online returns. We enable retailers to send a return product straight from the product-returning consumer to the next consumer. The return product skips the warehouse, which saves a lot of CO2, packaging and logistic costs. The moment a consumer selects our return method, a product is directly put for sale again on the website of the retailer. At an optimum discount, calculated using our algorithm. Our approach is really innovative and we have a lot of commercial, academic and investor interest. We wrote an academic publication about our service and algorithm with professors of the Erasmus University Rotterdam and Vrij Universiteit Amsterdam. We won multiple awards and grants, among other the Mastercard Strive Innovation Fund EU. You can listen to our co-founder Carl in the Groen Goud podcast, episode 1, on Spotify.

Your job - Sell our software to German fashion and furniture companies. This is done actively and passively. Actively means calling, emailing and when possible, visiting companies. We also visit Dutch and German trade fairs. Passively means supporting our marketing campaign on Google Ads and LinkedIn. You earn a sales commission per signed contract of 500 Euros on top of your hourly rate. Your working hours are flexible.

About us - Our office is in Rotterdam Noord (Zomerhofstraat 71) and we’re founded by Pepijn Stribos (36 y/o) and Carl van Heijst (32) in October 2023. We’re both Erasmus University alumni. Pepijn is our Tech Lead and Carl our Sales Lead. Filip I. (24) is our full-time developer, Filip D. (23) our TU Delft Master student. Ruben (21) is our Hoge School Rotterdam Sales graduate and Jess our US Commercial Lead, and is based in Washington D.C.

About you - You’re an ambitious, hard working student eager and energetic to approach German webshops. You like working at our office, you pro-actively think and execute how to best sell our product and you are a fun addition to the team.
