BAE Systems offers a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements. On our Industrial Placement programme, you will be required to attend a minimum of 1 day per week. Please note, this may change according to the business's needs. Hybrid working arrangements, including which days you are required to work on-site/remotely, will be outlined by your line manager.

You will work collaboratively to enable business success in specialist areas such as Resourcing, Talent, Learning & Development, Graduate Programme Management, Leadership, and Performance, through the design, implementation, and integration of people standards across BAE Systems.

As a minimum requirement, you’ll need to be on track to obtain a 2.2 in your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Management.
To be considered for this role, you must be returning to university to complete your degree.
