Job Title: Graduate Head Office Human Resources

What you will be doing?
Across HR, we are evolving to grow and realise future potential. As part of this role, you'll support changes in Organisation and Talent Development, and be involved in various HR specialist activities.

Duties and Responsibilities
Transformation and Integration

  • Co-ordinate modernisation of policies and guidance across Organisation and Talent Development.
  • Support development and delivery of change plans focusing on HR Business Partner, People Manager, employee engagement, and adoption.
  • Support programmes focusing on modernisation of our learning offerings.
  • Facilitate Talent and Organisation Business Reviews.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring communication of progress and updates.

Talent and Leadership Development

  • Supporting the design and planning for development centres across UK and International.
  • Co-ordinate roll out of training programmes across the Enterprise for People Managers.
  • Collaborate with external suppliers to evolve our development portfolio.
  • Support development of employee guidance for Talent practices modernisation.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring communication of progress and updates.

Skills
You’ll need a 2.2 degree or prediction in any Bachelor's or Master’s subject.
