Product Delivery Lead – Global Digital Academy

What you’ll be doing:

  • Act as a coach and mentor to the team, promoting a strong understanding and practice of agile principles (Scrum, KanBan, Lean) to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise digital skills product delivery and ensure alignment with business objectives, ensure that product goals and requirements are communicated effectively and manage stakeholder expectations and ensure transparency of delivery progress.
  • Ensuring products are delivered effectively and efficiently by understanding requirements, priorities, and guiding cross-functional teams.
  • Working collaboratively with the Product Manager to embed best practices and advance the delivery vision through an agile approach.
  • Facilitating agile events and practices, remove barriers to progress, ensuring timely and successful delivery of digital skills products by cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee the timely and successful delivery of product milestones and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics measure effectiveness and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Acting as the agile coach, helping individuals and teams adopt and embrace an agile mind-set fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for teams to thrive.
  • Developing your own skills and knowledge while shaping the agile mind-set of the team to create a sense of community.

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

  • Knowledge of digital skills, technologies, trends and best practices.
  • A deep knowledge and understanding of various agile tools, techniques and frameworks.
  • Experience and deep understanding of agile delivering under Scrum, Kanban and other agile frameworks (Lean, SAFe).
  • Proficiency with product tooling (e.g. Jira, Confluence).

Desirable: Scrum Master Certification preferred (CSM, PSM, A-CSM, CSP-SM, SSM)
