Business Performance Analyst

At HelloPrint, we are looking for a top-tier Business Performance Analyst/Consultant to join the CEO Office—a dynamic team at the heart of our organization. In this high-impact role, you’ll be the driving force behind data-led decisions, delivering the insights and analyses that will continually challenge and elevate our teams. This is a role for someone who thrives on connecting dots, has a passion for e-commerce, and the ability to communicate data insights with clarity, precision, and persuasion.

Your Role:

• Challenge the Status Quo: Use deep, data-driven analyses to proactively challenge our strategies and uncover growth opportunities.
• Strategic Partner: Work closely with our CEO to drive key initiatives with insights that are not just informative but transformative.
• End-to-End Analysis: Focus on areas like customer acquisition, behavior, and lifetime value, developing insights that span all key segments.
• Collaborative Excellence: Partner with marketing, customer service, and supply chain to streamline processes and ensure cohesive strategies.
• Dynamic Reporting: Build high-impact presentations that translate complex data into compelling, easy-to-understand narratives.
• E-commerce Focus: Apply expertise in e-commerce to identify trends, optimize performance, and innovate within a fast-moving environment.
• Project Management: You take on end-to-end projects and work on the implementation of improvement trajectories.

What You Bring:

• Proven Expertise: 4+ years of experience in a high-performance analytical role (Big Four or similar backgrounds are a plus).
• Analytical Mastery: You have a track record of delivering deep, actionable insights in data-heavy environments.
• Communication Genius: Exceptional skills in translating complex data into clear, concise presentations that influence decision-makers.
• Technical Fluency: Advanced knowledge of SQL, Python, and Tableau. You’re also a PowerPoint pro, capable of creating polished and persuasive decks.
• Commercially Driven: You understand business dynamics, especially in e-commerce, and can identify opportunities that drive measurable results.
• Relentlessly Curious: You question assumptions, explore alternatives, and thrive on solving problems.
• Fast and Focused: You excel in high-speed environments where adaptability and precision are essential.
