As our new communication & engagement intern, you will be part of our Cycles & Procurement (C&P) Centre of Excellence (CoE) at our Danone HQ in Hoofddorp. The CoE supports the buyers in Danone with their Sourcing and Contracting activities. You will be supporting the CoE team in their Communication & Engagement of the buying community and other stakeholders.

You main tasks will be:

• Preparing and animating internal communication to stakeholders via different channels
• Support further digitalisation & communication on our training materials
• Make publicity around new initiatives that are launched by the CoE
• Supporting further adoption of our Chat bot

About you

You are a final year Bachelor/Master student Communication, Marketing, Journalism or Business Administration. You have a strong affinity for communication, graphic designing, digital tools, and storytelling. You have visual and video editing skills. Great at Power Point and like change management activities. You are a team player who is not afraid to speak-up and take charge!

It’s a plus to have some affinity with purchasing/procurement.

There are also some compulsory requirements:

- Enrolled as a Bachelors/Mastersstudent during the whole internship period (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university and provide a Nuffic Agreement).

- Ideally available to start in January or February 2025 for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week (hybrid)

- You are fluent in English -oral and written.

- You able to travel to our office in Hoofddorp at least twice per week.

- Please note that you are required to relocate to the Netherlands (if abroad) for this internship and acquire a BSN.

We Offer

We offer a gross monthly internship allowance 650 euros per month and a home working allowance/contribution towards travel. Please do keep in mind that we do not offer relocation and/or accommodation benefits for students coming from abroad.

* Please be aware that you must acquire a BSN number to receive the full internship allowance.
