The internship

  • You will help us design a new cross-functional supplier risk management solution, which will support HEINEKEN in managing risks in partnership with our third parties across the globe.
  • You will work on improving the performance of the local Operating Companies to our procurement KPIs and increase their compliance to our existing risk management processes.
  • You get to interact with a variety of stakeholders at our Head Office and at our local Operating Companies to ensure our ambition aligns with the business value.
  • You will be a part of our Procurement Governance Team, sitting in the Procurement Enablement department of HEINEKEN Global Procurement. You will be coached and supported by your experienced team members, and will work closely with the Procurement Compliance Manager, the Sustainability Compliance Manager and our external support partners.

The department

At Procurement Enablement we ensure that our teams in HEINEKEN Global Procurement are able to do what they do best: develop productive relationships with our suppliers, negotiate procurement agreements and ensure our business stakeholders are able to purchase what they need. The different teams within Procurement Enablement consist of subject matter experts in the fields of Digital Transformation, Sourcing, Contract Management, Governance and Compliance and Data & Analytics. The terms of employment

  • Your starting date ist of 3rd February 2025
  • The internship is fulltime (in consultation also 4 days a week possible)
  • The duration of the internship is 6 months (in consultation with your internship supervisor)
  • You are registered at an educational institution
  • It is a practice-oriented internship
  • You will be based in our Schiphol office
  • You will receive an internship fee of €650 (With a start from 01 January 2025)
  • You will enjoy 2 vacation days per month (based on fulltime)
  • If you do not have a student OV product, your commuting expenses will be fully reimbursed

The start of your internship

Together with a diverse group of interns from different departments you will start your internship at HEINEKEN. Together you will be introduced to the organization. Furthermore, you can organize fun activities with your fellow interns.
