The EMEA Retail Media Senior Manager will be part of a team implementing EMEA-wide media strategies, launching new product ranges, and coordinating campaigns across multiple platforms, as well as ensuring compliance locally. The role reports directly to the EMEA Media Director with a dotted line to the EMEA Ecommerce Director. You will be responsible for building and implementing Wella’s EMEA retail media strategy for the Wella Pro (Wella Care, Nioxin, Sebastian, OPI) & Retail brands (Wella, Clairol) in collaboration with our agency and local market teams. While scope is all retail media, the priority and focus is Amazon EMEA since Amazon is the dominant player within the retail media space.
Through strategic thinking and execution, the EMEA Retail Media Senior Manager will use the power of paid media to contribute to profitable and sustainable growth, reaching more consumers and driving incremental sales in an efficient way. They will ensure that retail media KPIs are met/exceeded and that plans directly contribute to incremental sales with clear and identifiable revenue building blocks.
The EMEA Retail Media Senior Manager will demonstrate leadership skills and the power of influence to ensure that EMEA media strategies are translated into local executions. This will require strong coordination and partnership with i) a network of local e-commerce communities across EMEA markets ii) brand and media team regionally and locally to ensure brand media and retail media are complementary iii) external partners and agencies. Operational excellence is imperative to ensure that ways of working and communication are efficient, effective, and optimized over time.
