We are looking for an Operations Assistant to join our team.

We are looking for an exceptional Operations Assistant to play a pivotal role in supporting our Marketing & Recruitment leadership team. You will be a crucial point of contact between the Vice President, employees, and external partners, facilitating effective communication and coordination both online and face to face. This position requires developed organisational and interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced and reactive environment.

What you’ll bring to the role

To be considered for the role, you’ll need to demonstrate:

• Proven experience in a similar role supporting a leadership team.
• Previous experience providing support to a busy senior team in a fast-paced environment.
• A high level of initiative and being comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities in an agile environment.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent IT skills including working knowledge of MS Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Zoom.
• A confident communicator, in both spoken and written English.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within and across culturally diverse teams.
• Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
• A flexible approach to tasks.
