Your Job

As a Senior Service Designer at VodafoneZiggo, you will work on innovative network solutions within a dynamic Agile environment. You are a crucial link in the development of our Network as a Service (NaaS) platform, with which we deliver the right network services anywhere, anytime. You translate complex requirements into practical solutions, work closely with internal and external stakeholders and coordinate implementations within our advanced backend infrastructure. You will also play an active role in design sessions, maintain design documentation and contribute to operational support.

What you bring to the job

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a designer and a background as a software developer.
• Passion for automation, orchestration and security.
• Strong communication skills and experience with stakeholder management.
• Skill to analyze complex issues and translate them into concrete solutions.
• Experience designing and implementing backend systems, preferably in telecom.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as UML, CI/CD, Linux, AWS, Kubernetes/OpenShift, REST APIs, Java and Python (preferred).
• A team-oriented work ethic and the ability to lead a development team.
• Excellent command of the English language.
