BYD UK is seeking a dynamic and experienced Auto Finance Manager to join our passenger car team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies to enhance dealer network financial health, optimize financing solutions, and drive business growth. 🚗

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage innovative financial products and financing solutions
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with financial institutions
  • Evaluate and monitor dealer financial health and performance metrics
  • Develop competitive financing policies to support sales objectives
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Analyze market trends and provide strategic recommendations
  • Support wholesale and retail financing programs
  • Lead financial planning and forecasting initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in automotive financial management, OEM experience preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive financial products and market dynamics
  • Strong analytical skills and financial modeling capabilities
  • Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
  • Proficiency in financial analysis tools and MS Office suite
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking

It is also in partnership with Alexander Dennis in the UK which assembles jointly developed buses for the UK market.
