We’re looking for a Contracts Coordinator to join our team. Liberty Global has steadily grown in complexity and scope with the launch of many new products and services across the Group, resulting in an ever-increasing number of contracts. The Contract Coordinator is responsible for managing the administrative aspects of the contract lifecycle, including processing, correcting, organizing, and maintaining contracts. This role ensures contracts are executed efficiently, timely, and accurately. Additionally, the Contract Coordinator educates stakeholders on the contract process, offers support, and answers any questions that may arise. Depending on the candidate’s (legal) experience and knowledge, the Contract Coordinator may assist in drafting and reviewing non-disclosure agreements and other legal documents. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and process contracts and ensure contracts align with company policies, templates, and relevant regulations.
- Coordinate contract approvals and signatures, ensuring timely execution.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of all contracts by organizing and archiving executed agreements and related documents in a centralized system.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries from all stakeholders.
- Propose enhancements to improve efficiency and compliance in contract management practices.
- Monitor adherence to contractual obligations and escalate issues as necessary.
- Generate reports on contract status, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for management.
- Track and report on risks, delays, or other contract-related challenges.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in legal is preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract administration or a similar administrative role.
- Familiarity with contract management software or tools is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English).
- Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously in a dynamic and fast-paced organization.
- Ability to articulate clearly and concisely.
