Project Manager (Infrastructure)

Role accountabilities:

Project Management

• Manages projects within the Hosting and Networking Tower.
• Manages all processes and aspects of the projects, including planning / work products, deliverables / milestones / budget / schedule / stakeholder management staffing / project resources and data management / reporting / risk management / project communication.
• Prepares and participates in the project’s Steering Committee meetings.

Service Management

• Involved in multiple IT service management processes: Incident Management / Problem Management / Release Management for release where involved / Configuration Management / Change Management with participation in Change Advisory Board (CAB) when relevant

Relationship Management

• Works in close collaboration with the GTO Program Manager, other IT project managers and HaN Planning and Operations Lead to ensure alignment with Arcadis and Tech project management methodologies, templates and ways of working.
• Key stakeholder in managing projects’ stakeholders, both business and Tech

Key Requirements:

• Experience in managing IT projects and with at least one Cloud environment, hosting (servers) and Networking (connectivity).
• Ideally PMP or Prince2 certified.
