As an Ecosystem Building Intern at iSHARE, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our mission and gain hands-on experience in the dynamic field of data sharing and data spaces.

As part of the Ecosystem Building team, you will play a crucial role in the implementation of the iSHARE Trust Framework. Your efforts will directly impact the success of our Framework's adoption across various sectors, helping to establish trusted data sharing practices and fostering a collaborative digital ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Adoption Strategy and Implementation:

  • Assist in developing and executing strategies to enhance the adoption of the iSHARE Trust Framework.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify barriers to adoption and propose solutions.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, clients, and industry experts.
  • Provide ongoing support to stakeholders to facilitate smooth adoption and implementation.

Content Creation:

  • Develop and curate educational and promotional content to support ecosystem-building efforts.
  • Create informative materials tailored to different stakeholder needs and knowledge levels.

Ecosystem Building Initiatives:

  • Support the planning, execution, and reporting of ecosystem-related initiatives and events.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure project timelines and goals are met.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Collect and analyse data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of adoption initiatives.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Completed or enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Applied Sciences, Business Development, Business Communications, or a related field.
  • Based in the Netherlands with accommodation arrangements in place.
  • Experience in technology, ecosystem, and community building.
  • Ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Awareness of the target audience’s needs and knowledge levels.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong storytelling abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing). Visual communication skills are a plus.
  • Self-learner, proactive, and solution provider.
  • English proficiency at a professional level is required. Knowledge and expertise in other European languages are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior internship experience in a technical firm is preferred.
  • Passion for the tech industry and familiarity with blockchain, AI, and data science.
  • Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Open to learning and gaining a deep understanding of data sharing.
  • Understanding of data sharing concepts and tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and contribute.

Data spaces utilising the Trust Framework employ the Participant Registry (Satellites) for participant registration and discovery. Data Sovereignty and Trust is facilitated by the Authorisation Registry providers and built upon Identity providers across Europe like eIDAS.
