International Business Developer

Do you aspire to be a part of an international organization on the rise? We are looking for a driven Business Developer to supercharge our global growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business and managing our existing clients, including industry giants like Heineken, Worley, Fluor, and Boskalis, all within the context of our innovative project cost management software, Cleopatra Enterprise.

As a Business Developer, your core mission is to spearhead our business expansion efforts by acquiring a profound understanding of the international target markets. While most leads are generated by our Inside Sales Team, you’ll have a role in this process as well, by representing us at trade fairs. Frequent international travel is also on the agenda, with a special focus on the United States.

Your responsibilities encompass nurturing warm leads through presentations, demos, webinars, and proactive client prospecting. Your genuine client-centric approach will drive you to support them throughout the entire sales cycle, building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients.

To ensure your success in this position, we offer training to equip you with the essential skills and product knowledge required. You will be an integral part of the Sales Team, collaborating within a diverse network of teams, including cost consultants, software engineers, and finance specialists, all working together to achieve client objectives and support our growth mission. This frequently involves engaging in intricate processes, where your role as a consultant will see you sitting with multiple stakeholders, often at the senior executive level, to craft optimal solutions.

This is an opportunity for anyone with the following qualifications:

  • A completed bachelor or master degree
  • +5 years of experience in (international) sales of complex products/services or business consultancy
  • Experience with elaborate sales processes & official tenders
  • Experience with contract review & negotiations
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English – fluency in another language would be a big plus
  • A technical background and/or experience within an EPC project organisation
  • Experience with enterprise software / IT is a plus
  • You are willing to travel to visit our clients
