To further support our growth and make our team even more impactful, we are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Consultant.

• Guiding, advising, and transforming companies into customer-centric, sustainable, and agile organizations—from solving complex challenges with advanced machine learning techniques to implementation.
• Identifying customer needs and challenges through data analysis and stakeholder interviews, and translating them into technically solvable problems.

Our ideal Senior Machine Learning Consultant:

• Holds a master's degree in Business Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Physics, etc. Has hands-on experience in machine learning and data science, with a focus on developing and implementing complex models and algorithms.
• Is proficient in programming languages such as Python and/or R, and has experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks
• Speaks fluently Dutch and/or French.
• Possesses strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and generate valuable insights
• Is customer-oriented, a team player and a convincing communicator.
• Is flexible, curious and likes variety and taking initiative
