A key ambition of Danone is to seamlessly integrate with customers, understand their organizational needs, and provide them options to autonomously pass orders and exchange data with Danone backend systems. This role will support delivering the Sales Sync product vision by providing the right tools for the customers transforming their experience when working with Danone. You will contribute building great front-end tools for Danone Customer Services team or leveraging third party platforms. You will help define the requirements and facilitate delivering solutions to grow the business through the Sales Management tools. You will partner closely with the business to understand the day-to-day issues of our business partners and identify ways to improve their experience and improve the Customer Value Journey. You will work closely with Product Owner and Senior Product Owner supporting them by making the product vision a reality and maximizing value for the organization.

Compensation: The base compensation range for this position is $95,000 - $110,000 commensurate with experience. Danone North America additionally offers a performance-based bonus and has a strong benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug Coverage, 401k Plan, Wellness Program, Life Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement, Flexible Time Off, and Paid Parental Bonding Leave, among other benefit plan options.
