Access control, identity management, and security governance are domains that can also be enhanced by becoming data-driven. With your great team spirit, creative mindset, and knowledge of data analytics, you are able to deliver the data-driven solutions of tomorrow. Are you able to deep dive into the data and get insights out? Share with us your story!

Your Job

As a Data Analyst in the Corporate Information Security Office (CISO), your work will make the customers and employees of the bank more secure. You identify (security) problems to solve and find opportunities where you can add value. You create insight from the data and generate oversight for the entire organization. You will be working closely with our internal process owners to generate beautiful and accurate dashboards.

Your activities will include:

  • Understand the data, connect to data sources, transform it, and visualize its insights into reports and dashboards.
  • Identify problems and opportunities that can be solved with data. Determine the security business value. How much will a solution contribute to solving the security problem?
  • Assess the performance and consumption of your reports and dashboards to understand if anything needs to be changed.
  • Communicate with stakeholders, collect feedback, analyze and understand their needs, and plan work.
  • Participate in the team's planning, take ownership of specific insights and projects.
  • Help the rest of the CISO organization to become data-driven themselves. Part of this is via inspiration and education.

Working Environment

You will be working for CISO Technology & Engineering (T&E). Our role is to be the central hub for security-related advice and to provide security services to the rest of CISO and the bank. We have about 60 employees with diverse backgrounds. We are part of CISO, which has over 300 employees working on all aspects of cyber security of the bank. CISO has adopted an agile way of working where we take on challenges as a team, regardless of hierarchy. We want to be the driving force for the security of the bank, our customers, and society. Banking for better, for generations to come.
