What we ask

  • Min. 3 years’ experience in operations
  • Bachelor in technical area (e.g. food technology)
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • General process and equipment knowledge on mechanical, electrical and software related topics
  • Knowledge of guidelines is a plus (HACCP, GMP, Halal, ISO 9001:14001)
  • Able to lead in project-based activities, both as project lead and project member
  • Flexible team player as there are overlapping roles due to the small team
  • High sense of quality, safety and hygiene aspects related to manufacturing within operations

Vacancy description

  • Keeping process and product in control through monitoring, evaluation and improvement of equipment and process performance data
  • Reduce risk profile of production process through assessment and evaluation of quality and supply related risk
  • Troubleshoot production related issues in collaboration with maintenance, operations manager and quality
  • Increasing process performance and efficiency through execution of improvement projects
  • Investigate process related deviations and OOS on root cause and propose CAPA to structurally solve the issue
  • Complaint handling with root cause investigation for customers
  • Participate in Q and SHE related (internal) audits requested by site management
  • Inform and consult with other functional areas related to above responsibilities, e.g., R&D for product development, global process engineering for equipment
  • Support (preventive) maintenance and modification activities where required
  • Train operators on technical and process-related knowledge
