BAE Systems offers a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements. However, as a Graduate, you will be required to attend your site 3-4 days per week. Please note, this may change in line with the needs of the business. Your line manager will outline which days you are required to work on-site or remotely.

As a Graduate engineer, you would be expected to be involved in a number of areas to develop a broad understanding of the Through-Life Support Engineering function. Working in a fast-growing discipline, applying systems and supportability engineering principles to the development of concepts and designs for customer service operations.

As a minimum requirement, you’ll need to have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2.2 in your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering or STEM.
