- Monitor admin of Operations in general, including write off calculations.
- Daily reconciliation of stocks, including analysing and solving differences together with Operations department.
- Ad hoc reports asked by management Operations/Accounting.
- Updating and maintain KPI reports for management. For example, Invoice KPI.
- Monthly reports for Operations coordinators and team leads. For example, APU & new calculation reports, incoming invoice list, shortage and overview report.
- Monthly close activity; monthly silo confirmations including confirmations received from third parties and bounded warehouses.
- Quarterly calculation write off.
- Involved in (IT) projects; Tableau for automating reports and TTS2 related to Operations applications.
- Taking initiative to challenge current processes in general and develop new (automated) reports for Operations and Accounting department.

Who are we looking for?
- MBO Level 4 or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field;
- Preferably 3-5 years’ similar experience;
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Strong communicative and analytical skills;
- Thorough attention to detail, highly accurate, combined with strong numerical skills;
- Strong computer skills - Word, Excel and SAP (pre).
