Responsibilities

The Finance Co-Pilot team collaborates closely with the Market CFO and Sales Directors to drive profitable growth with customers. This team ensures the proper governance/controls over Trade Investments and expenses, champions an ROI mindset, and delivers transparent reporting on customer activities performance. In this role, you will partner with sales teams and the Sales Director to facilitate Joint Business Planning with customers, analyze go-to-market strategies, and develop channel & commercial strategies. You will actively enhance decision making and investment strategy to maximize ROI on Trade investments and cash flow improvements. Your main responsibilities include:

• Understand customer business models to support go-to-market and channel strategy development.
• Conduct customer profitability analyses and provide recommendations to improve top and bottom-line results.
• Lead customer trade term compliance tracking and innovate ideas to improve terms efficiency.
• Optimize promo strategy for key customers through trade investment ROI analysis.
• Participate in S&OP planning process to ensure transparent discussion of risks and opportunities.
• Share actionable business reports on how key customers are performing in-market.
• Enable ongoing budget tracking process led by sales pilots, ensuring full visibility of risks and opportunities.
• Support month-end processes for customer investments ensuring compliance with Coty policies and U.S. GAAP.
• Ad-Hoc reporting and analyses based on business needs.
• Empower the Sales Director to develop strategies that improve main KPIs.
• Internal and external audit support.
• SOX compliance tasks in the context of Gross to Net and revenue recognition.

You Are a Coty Fit

To thrive in this role, act as a proactive business contributor towards the Sales Director and the Market CFO. Leverage your business insights to drive robust plans, innovative ideas, and provide clear analysis and reports.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance & Accounting.
• Relevant experience in Financial Analysis and Forecasting, ideally in Copilot/Controlling/Financial Analyst roles.
• Strong understanding of P&L and Balance Sheet under U.S. GAAP.
• Comprehensive understanding of the month-end close process and its impact on P&L and B/S.
• Proficient Excel skills; experience with SAP is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Dutch will be an asset.
• Experience working in a multinational (matrix) organization.
