GLOBAL PROCUREMENT SNR MANAGER CONSUMER ENGAGEMENT We are looking for a Global Procurement Senior Manager Consumer Engagement to join our procurement team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Global Procurement Senior Manager Consumer Engagement, you are responsible for our Consumer Engagement categories. The scope embeds Influencer Marketing, PR, Advocacy, Loyalty programs, and Consumer Relationship Management (c. $130M spend). The landscape of Consumer Engagement is changing at a high pace, and the categories you'll manage play a crucial role in shaping “tomorrow’s Advertising & Content”. Within your assignment, you’ll leverage your expertise, ownership mindset, curiosity, and can-do attitude to ensure we partner with the right talents and service providers to bring our Brands to life in meaningful, efficient & effective ways. This role will see you building a fit-for-purpose, agile supply for the Category to deliver sustainable savings, innovation, ROI, and de-risk the practice to support growth and the overall Coty strategy. Your main focus:
  • Develop a robust Consumer Engagement Categories Strategy aligned with key internal stakeholders and leveraging industry dynamics, best practices, and suppliers.
  • Deliver end-to-end and sustainable value creation.
  • Be an ambassador of financial discipline with a commitment to both Procurement and Marketing excellence.
  • Drive cost-efficiency through robust negotiations, process improvements, while ensuring transparency and compliance in contract management.
  • Build and drive initiatives that will maximize positive P&L impact together with Commercial functions.
  • Develop strong supplier relationships to accompany our turnaround strategy and our innovations.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You have proven expertise in shaping and implementing category strategies in global matrix organizations. As an experienced Marketing Procurement professional, you like challenges, you are agile, and strong in communication (verbal and written). You get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment. Other than that, you have the following skills:
  • Meaningful experience in Marketing Procurement, at least 7 years.
  • Excellent Category management capabilities: you combine high standards of fact/data-based approach and insights to build fit-for-purpose strategies, recommendations, and roadmaps. You also master the procurement toolbox, including but not limited to negotiation, strategic sourcing, risk, and contract management.
  • Concise, integrated thinking, and storytelling: boil down multiple data points into a simple but powerful story that drives decisions and outputs.
  • Project management: organized, structured, and always have an overview of all the deliverables. You know how to bring multiple projects to a successful ending within the given timeframe.
  • Team player with strong passion for winning and a bias for action: you believe in strong collaboration, leverage diversity of thinking and love to win. You are future-oriented, are not bound by the status quo but recognize what can be improved.
