Brand Manager - Rimmel and Bourjois At Coty, we are searching for a Brand Manager to shape the future of our iconic brands Rimmel and Bourjois.

Responsibilities

As the Brand Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution for two key beauty brands in the Benelux market. This role involves: - Developing and implementing annual brand plans - Overseeing P&L - Managing media and influencer partnerships - Collaborating across departments to drive sustainable growth You will ensure brand visibility, optimize market positioning, and guide a Content Creator to achieve profitable, long-term brand success. Key tasks include:
  • Championing the brand: Own and deeply understand every aspect of brand/category performance.
  • Strategic planning: Design and implement annual brand and category strategies, defining key objectives, tactics, and goals.
  • P&L and portfolio management: Lead total P&L, pricing strategy, and local brand product portfolio decisions.
  • Influencer & Media Partnerships: Develop high-impact media strategies in collaboration with the PR and Influencer team.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, IM/PR, and agencies to drive seamless brand execution.

You Are a Coty Fit

You like to ensure sustainable and profitable growth is achieved and to outperform the market growth by growing the base sales and ensuring perfect online and instore executions. You will thrive in an energetic, fast-paced, diverse, and international environment. Other qualifications include:
  • HBO/WO Degree in Marketing with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a Marketing role; experience in FMCG or beauty/luxury/lifestyle business is an advantage
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus
  • Proven expertise in operational marketing, with a solid understanding of market and consumer insights
  • Strong skills in P&L management and budget allocation
  • Experience in digital advocacy and influencer marketing, including a deep knowledge of emerging platforms
  • A decisive, proactive problem-solver who thrives in high-energy environments
  • Excellent communicator and strategic thinker who can manage complex projects with ease
